Terms of Service

By using Brixus or any related services, you must agree to follow rules below. If you do not follow these rules, your account may be subject to restrictions.

Please note that these rules may change occasionally, and that it is your responsibility to check for any amendments.

  1. All sales of Brixus products and services are final, including virtual items and currency. No refunds will be given, except in our sole and absolute discretion. All refunds will be issued in US Dollars.

  2. All assets, user accounts, and games may not be redistributed outside of Brixus. Except as permitted by the functionality of this site, you can't sell them (for money or virtual currency), give them to anyone, trade them for anything (including Bucks/Coins), or pretend you made them.

  3. Most content on Brixus is created by our users, and not by a member of the Brixus staff. It is your responsibility to report any content that violates any of our policies using the Report Abuse function.

  4. Our content moderators may filter and monitor all user-submitted content on the Brixus site. Not all content is pre-screened by Brixus, but it reserves the right in their sole discretion to remove or reject any content that is available through the website. When creating any content on Brixus, you must acknowledge that you will not submit any of the following:

    • profanity, obscenities ("swear words"), sexual content (express or implied, including inappropriate acts with or by your pets for "real" or in role play)
    • attacks, comments, or opinions about other people or things that slander, defame, threaten, insult or harass another person
    • gangs, gang-slang, or the promotion of gangs
    • promotions offering prizes of any sort (including contests, raffles, lotteries, chain letters or any kind of giveaway)
    • materials created by someone else without their express written permission
    • text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks and rights of privacy and publicity
    • information that might identify another user in real-life
    • messages, game names, account usernames, store fronts, or any descriptions or names that would be considered inappropriate under our Terms and Conditions
    • "cheats", "hacks", or "exploits", or information pertaining to or links to sites claiming to have these
    • requests for personal information
    • requests for money by using any Brixus property on third party sites or your personal websites
    • scams of any kind
    • spam or content that condones spamming
    • anything that falsely suggests it's from a member of the Brixus staff team
    • other information that is deemed by us to be inappropriate

  5. If you believe your copyrighted material and/or any of your other intellectual property has been copied onto our website, please notify Brixus's copyright agent and include the following information in writing: Your name, address, telephone and e-mail contact information; Identify the copyrighted work and/or trademark claimed to have been infringed; Identify the content on Brixus's site that you claim infringes your intellectual property; A description of where the claimed infringing Content is located on our Site (Please provide URLs); A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property involved.

  6. We resevre the right to use whatever you post, create, submit, or publish on our site in any way or format that we wish to forever to advertise or promote Brixus.

  7. You musn't use 3rd party programs or perform activities on the Brixus site to gain an unfair advantage against other players (including Coin-farming, alt-hoarding)

  8. We reserve the right to prohibit the use of the site to any user at any time for any reason.

We may also publish addition rules and guidelines beyond these Terms of Service. You must also follow these as they apply to the same degree as these terms do.
