Using the ancient ASP.NET Web Forms and several dependencies that haven't been updated for decades. It also happens to rely heavily on half baked nested update panels which happen to fail constantly. Is it really worth it? At least it'll be easier to maintain.

Not to mention the reliance on SOAP web services...
